Silbert Garage

SDR Construction provided the Silbert Family, in the Rockridge area of Oakland, with a larger play area by reducing the two-car garage to a one-car garage.

We performed a restoration of the original architecture including sheet metal cornice work, shown in the picture to the left.

Other aspects of this job included pouring a new foundation, installing a new drainage system, applying stucco, roofing & siding, and upgrading the electrical system.

Glenview Addition

SDR Construction provided a split level addition to add 4 rooms to a 2 bedroom home in the Glenview District of Oakland.
