My background includes over twenty years construction experience in the Oakland, Berkeley, and Piedmont area. I graduated Skyline High School and went on to UC Davis where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural and Managerial Economcs. I received my California state contractor's license in 2004.
My qualifications include:
- Ability to manage and supervise a team of contractors on site
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to speak Spanish
- Experience working with architects, engineers, inspectors, planners and designers
- A proven track record with steady employment and responsibility
- Strong professionalism and a great attitude
- Knowlege of local building departments and codes
